01. Will I receive the designs shown on the website? |

We aim to keep our website totally up to date at all times to reflect our current offering. The images shown are the range you will be sent but we reserve the right to replace designs on the rare occasion this is required. Squashed Tomato Stew is a random selection of 2 cards from each of the other 4 themes so this will vary from the exact designs shown. |

02. Will I get the same greeting cards again? |
|
Every 3 months we alter our entire card range but still buy to fit the themed packs. This means as an account customer you will always receive new original designs. If you buy a second taster pack of the same collection within a 3 month period you will receive the same greeting cards. |

03. Are the cards in the Children’s Party Time pack age specific? |
|
We try to make all our packs as multipurpose as possible so none of our children’s cards show specific ages. |

04. What if I don’t like a design? |
|
We hate the idea of disappointing you in any way, so if you are not completely satisfied with our cards please return your complete package within 28 days. We will happily exchange it for another selection or refund you in full. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of single designs. |

05. How can I change my order? |
|
The easiest way to manage your account is on line using “my account”. Here you can update your contact details or make changes to your orders. Taster pack customers can also use this area. Alternatively email us at email info@squashed-tomato.co.uk, write to Squashed Tomato Ltd, PO Box 171, Hexham, NE46 9AR or telephone 01434 604592. If you do want to make any changes to your account, please let us know at least 21 days before your next pack would be due. |

06. Do you only send Squashed Tomato greeting cards quarterly? |
|
Yes, all our account customer’s orders are delivered on a quarterly cycle only. If you find you are running out of greeting cards before your next pack is due then our year planner gives the flexibility to adjust quantities to better suit your needs. Account customers may also order additional packs at any time by following the Taster pack route through the site. |

07. Can I have different numbers of packs in each quarter? |
|
Yes, the year planner is totally flexible allowing you to order a variety of packs in varying quantities over a year period. We do just ask you to plan for a minimum of 1 pack per quarter. |

08. When can I expect to receive my Squashed Tomato greeting cards? |
|
If you have ordered a taster pack or are an account customer who has choosen to pay for your first order by credit/debit card, your greeting cards will be despatched within 3 days. If you are happy to wait for the Direct Debit to be established for your first payment, delivery could take up to 28 days but we will endeavour to do this as fast as possible. We despatch all account orders on the first day of the month by second class post, future sendings will fall in line with the closest 1st of the month on a quarterly pattern for all account customers. |

09. Am I committing to taking a minimum number of deliveries? |
|
Be assured that you are free to cancel your agreement with Squashed Tomato at anytime and are under no obligation to accept a minimum number of deliveries. Please give us 21 days notice of cancellation and you should instruct your bank to cancel your Direct Debit payments. |

10. How much do the charities actually get? |
|
For each taster pack sold the charity will receive £1. For account customers we pass on our lower administrative costs and the charity will receive £1.50 for each pack ordered. |

11. Why are your administration costs lower on account orders? |
|
Payment by Direct Debit helps us reduce administration costs. Account customers allow us to forward plan our buying better. This helps us offer such outstanding value on our greeting cards but also means we can raise the charity contribution on account orders. |

12. Do you deliver worldwide? |
|
Yes, we are delighted to be able to deliver greeting cards worldwide. We offer a special delivery rate for each second pack ordered in a single delivery.
World zones 1 & 2 - delivery £4.00 for the first £10 pack plus £1 extra for every second pack.
Europe EU - delivery £3.00 for the first £10 pack plus £1 extra for every second pack.
UK - delivery £1.50 for the first £10 pack, delivery is free on every second pack. |
